November 27th & December 4th

At the November 27th Council Meeting, we are seeking public comment regarding the final draft of the Wilkeson Comprehensive Plan. The final draft of the plan can be found on this website, at the bottom of the Comprehensive Plan Page, which is linked here

December 4th at 4pm, we will hold our 2nd Budget Study Session. These study sessions give the council an opportunity to see how the next budget is shaping up. The public is welcome to attend if they would like to do so. These meetings are typically a deep dive into how and why money is allocated where it is. It will also help steer the council in determining how and where to allocate available resources within each respective fund for the coming year. These meetings are informal, meaning no real decisions are made. The council members weigh in on the items needed for certain areas and how to go about affording those items. The final budget is typically reviewed and passed at the last meeting in December. We intend to pass our FY2025 budget at the MONDAY 12/30/24 Council Meeting.
