2025 Rate Increase

There will be a 5% increase to water and sewer rates for 2025, that will be in effect on the coming billing cycle that will issue on March 3rd, 2025.

This was approved with the adoption of the FY2025 Fee Schedule that was passed on February 26th in the regular council meeting, Resolution 2025.05.

The increased fees are necessary due to increases in operating costs, supplies as well as goods and services.
